4. Facilities to the Learners in the IGNOU ODL System / Online Learning (OL) System
5. Study Materials Status and Tracking the delivery
6. Online/F2F Counselling to the Learners at the LSCs
7. Utilization of e-Resources for Self-Study/WEAS portal for selective programmes
8. IRC Sessions of GVFM, Gyandhara, Teleconferencing and Schedules of Gyandarshan and SWAYAM Prabha TV Channels
9. Assignment Submission for the TEE – December 2024
10. Online Exam form submission for the TEE – December 2024 (https://exam.ignou.ac.in/) and Creation of ABC ID.
11. Practical/Internship/Projects etc.
12. Web-based Support Services to Learners.
13. Utilisation of Social Media - Facebook/Twitter/YouTube channels of RC Madurai
At the end of the session, the grievances of the learners will be addressed by the RC Officials and LSC Coordinators.
