Sir/Madam,
Please refer to the SED, Email and attached letter in this email communication that all Centre Superintendents of Examination Centres under RC Madurai requested to take extra care in handling the matters related to Divyangjan Learners appearing for December 2024 TEE of IGNOU. Kindly refer the Notification vide. F. No. 29-6/2019 III dated 10.08.2024 of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (Copy Attached). The guidelines and instructions regarding facilitation and compensatory time to the Divyangjan Learners should be adhered to in letter and spirit.
The Exam Centre Superintendents are requested to promptly accommodate requests of Divyangjan Learners appearing in December 2024 TEE and issue the permission letter for scribe/extra time without delay after verifying the antecedents of such learners.
The Divyangjan Learners appearing Exam Centre are to be instructed properly in advance by you and accord priority in the matter. Kindly display the attached letter in LSC Notice Boards.
