Based on the admission data (fresh) for January 2025 session , the lists of Nodal RCs for Certificate Programmes having enrolment less than 200 for January 2025 session is attached.
The guidelines for providing academic counseling support by Nodal RCs are as follows:
1.Nodal RCs (for programs with enrolment less than 200) will hold academic counselling sessions entirely through online methods (google meet etc.).
2. Nodal RC will plan the schedule and will send it to all the RCs through email asking the RCs to communicate the schedule to their students.
3. The Nodal RCs will schedule the Induction meeting and counselling schedule as early as possible.
5. The responsibility of Nodal RC will be confined to the extent of holding academic counselling sessions. Though Nodal RC will prepare the counseling schedule, the students will submit the assignments at their respective RCs. It will be the responsibility of the RC (to which student is attached) to get the assignments evaluated.
7.The practical counselling for the learners in the above programs will be conducted at the level of the respective Regional Centres (where students are actually enrolled).
Nodal RCs for UG/PG, Diploma & PG Diploma will be notified separately.
