1. All the Learners of Bachelors Degree Programmes (Yearly Mode)– July 2022 Session (BAG/BCOMG/BSCG/BSCBCH/Hons Degree Programmes – BAECH, BAEGH, BAHDH, BAHIH, BAPAH, BAPCH, BAPSH, BASOH, /BAVTM/BBARIL/BCOMAF/BCOMCAA/BLIS/BSWG/BTS) 

2. All the Learners of Online Learning (OL) Programmes (Yearly Mode) – July 2022 Session (BCOMOL/BTSOL/DNHEOL/MAJMCOL/MARDOL/ MEGOL/ MGPSOL/MHDOL/PGDEOHOL/PGDGPSOL/PGDSSOL)

Dear Learner,

IGNOU RC Madurai has proposed to conduct Online Induction Meeting with the Learners of All UG Degree Programmes - (Yearly Mode) and CBCS/Hons Programmes - (Open and Distance Learning) and all Online Learning (OL) - (Yearly mode) Programmes - July 2022 Session under RC, through Google Meet and the details are as follows:

The Online Meeting aims to provide Guidance to the Learners on the following:

1.          About the IGNOU Open and Distance Learning/Online Learning

2.          IGNOU Regional Centre, Madurai and its LSCs

3.          Network of Student Support Services

4.          Facilities to the Learners in the IGNOU ODL System

5.          LMS for Online Learning Students

6.          Study Materials Status for ODL learners

7.          Counselling to the Learners at LSCs/Online Counselling

8.          Utilization of e-Resources for Self-Study

9.          IRC Sessions of GVFM, Gyandhara Web Radio, Teleconferencing and Schedules of Gyandarshan TV and SWAYAM Prabha TV Channels

10.      Assignment Submission for the TEE – June 2023 at the LSCs

11.      Online Exam form submission for the TEE – June 2023

12.      Practical/Internship/ECP/Field Work/Projects etc.

13.      Utilisation of Social Media of IGNOU and RC Madurai

14.      Query Resolving Mechanism

15.      Any Other Matters.

At the end of the session, the grievances of the learners will be addressed by the RC Officials and the Coordinators of LSCs.

Therefore the learners of all UG Programmes (Yearly Mode), CBCS/Hons Degree Programmes and Online Learning (OL) - Yearly Mode Programmes of July 2022 session at the LSCs of RC Madurai are requested to attend the meeting without fail.
