The below email received from the Campus Placement Cell of IGNOU stating that regular feedback from the Alumni is an important activity as it helps in fine-tuning systems and processes for making them more efficient, responsive and student-friendly.
The Campus Placement Cell collects the feedback from the Alumni every year, and submits a Feedback Analysis Report to the Academic Council of the University.
