IGNOU RC Madurai has proposed to conduct Online Induction Meeting with the Learners of All Diploma and PG Diploma Programmes (Open and Distance Learning -ODL) - January 2023 Session under RC, through Google Meet and the details are as follows:

The Online Meeting aims to provide Guidance to the Learners on the following:

1.          About the IGNOU Open and Distance Learning

2.          IGNOU Regional Centre, Madurai and its LSCs

3.          Network of Student Support Services

4.          Facilities to the Learners in the IGNOU ODL System

5.          Study Materials Status for ODL learners

6.          Counselling to the Learners at LSCs/Online Counselling by Nodal LSCs

7.          Utilization of e-Resources for Self-Study

8.          IRC Sessions of GVFM, Gyandhara Web Radio, Teleconferencing and Schedules of Gyandarshan TV and SWAYAM Prabha TV Channels

9.          Assignment Submission for the TEE – December 2023 at the LSCs

10.      Online Exam form submission for the TEE – December 2023

11.      Practical/Internship/ECP/FWJ/Projects etc.

12.      Utilisation of Social Media of IGNOU and RC Madurai

13.      Query Resolving Mechanism

14.      Any Other Matters.

At the end of the session, the queries of the learners will be addressed by the RC Officials and the Coordinators of LSCs.

Therefore the learners of all the Diploma and PG Diploma Programmes - (Open and Distance Learning - ODL) - January 2023 Session at the LSCs of RC Madurai are requested to attend the meeting without fail.
